When did the Gita read and what was its objective?

Mahabharata period, that dreadful war of Kurukshetra, through which the brother stood before the brother with arms. That war was for the establishment of religion. During that war, when Arjun saw his own grandfather, brother, and gurus as enemies in front of him, his Gandiv (Arjuna's bow) began getting rid of his hands, his legs trembled. He found himself unable to do battle. Then Lord Shri Krishna preached to Arjuna. This is how Gita was born.

Shri Krishna defined the correct definition of religion to Arjuna. Gave him the strength to fulfill. Shri Krishna himself answered all of the questions arising in Arjuna's mind in a human form. The same is contained in the Bhagavad Gita, which today gives the human race a sense of responsibility and authority.

The Gita was born with the view of explaining the true meaning of religion to people. When the Lord himself spoke the Gita, the time of Kali Yuga had started. Kalyuga is a period through which Guru and God are not present on earth, who can show the correct path to the wandering Arjuna. In such a situation, the teachings of the Gita pave the way for the human race. For this reason, the Gita was originated in the Mahabharata period.
